About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in ensuring the delivery of technology environments that are scalable, easy to deploy, and cost-effective to manage. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in capacity planning, performance analysis, and designing and implementing performance reporting across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage dependencies between components and the ripple effect of changes across the tech stack
  • Communicate and coordinate the impact of all changes across OSB's non-production and production environments
  • Provide ongoing support to functional business areas in relation to configuring and baselining environments
  • Deliver solution designs that form project delivery tasks and ultimately create configuration documents utilising a consistent approach
