Job Summary:
Advanced Resource Managers seeks a Development Officer to join their team in Doncaster, responsible for managing planning applications and delivering high-quality results.

About the Role:
- Manage large caseloads of planning applications, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Prepare and present evidence and reports for complex planning matters

Requirements:
- A planning qualification (ideally degree level) and membership of the RTPI or clear evidence working towards membership are necessary
- Local authority and/or public sector experience in policy planning, with expertise in major planning applications, is also required

Salary and Benefits:
- This hybrid role offers flexibility in travel arrangements and is based in Doncaster
- The position pays £50 per hour (dependent on experience)
- Eligible candidates must be able to work in the UK
