Job Title: Business Development and CRM Manager

We are seeking an experienced business development and CRM manager to join our team at Blue Legal.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of management information and CRM/PMS systems, with experience working within a legal or professional services environment.

About the Role:

This role involves driving business development initiatives and managing our marketing systems, including a Practice Management System (PMS).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implementing a new Practice Management System (PMS) and configuring it for fee-earner needs.
  • Recording and reporting on marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Preparing e-marketing materials, including newsletters and event invitations.
Requirements:
  • Experience working within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Innovative marketer with a strong understanding of management information and CRM/PMS systems.
  • Previous experience implementing new systems and change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
