Studio Manager Job Description
**About the Role**
The Talent Crowd is seeking a highly organized and experienced Studio Manager to join our team in Altrincham. As a pivotal member of our creative studio, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating activities for our content and creative teams working with major global clients in the Life Sciences and Pharma sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the seamless operation of the creative studio, ensuring timely delivery of projects and meeting stakeholder expectations
* Coordinate resource allocation and scheduling for content and creative teams
* Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting financial targets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and exceed client expectations
**Requirements**
* Minimum three years' experience in a marketing agency environment, preferably in a studio or project management role
* Proven track record in resource management, scheduling, and budgeting for projects
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
