Studio Manager Job Description
**About the Role**
The Talent Crowd is seeking a highly organized and experienced Studio Manager to join our team in Altrincham. As a pivotal member of our creative studio, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating activities for our content and creative teams working with major global clients in the Life Sciences and Pharma sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the seamless operation of the creative studio, ensuring timely delivery of projects and meeting stakeholder expectations
* Coordinate resource allocation and scheduling for content and creative teams
* Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans and budgets
* Provide support and guidance to team members to ensure successful project outcomes
**Requirements**
* Minimum of three years' experience working in a marketing agency environment, preferably in a studio or project management role
* Proven experience in resource management and scheduling
* Strong budgeting and financial management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
