The Health and Safety Partnership invites applications for an Environmental Health and Safety Consultant to join their team of experts.

This role provides an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to deliver high-quality EHS consulting projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

As an EHS Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their environmental, health, and safety needs, and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering EHS consulting projects, ensuring high standards and timely completion.
  • Enhancing products and processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Partnering with clients to identify and implement effective EHS solutions.
  • Communicating value propositions through proposals and presentations.
  • Developing and implementing Environmental Management Systems to ISO 14001 standards.

Required skills and experience include:

  • Hold or be working towards PIEMA membership.
  • Experience of writing Environmental Management Systems, policies, and procedures.
  • EHS auditor qualifications, ideally lead auditor status.
  • Demonstrable experience in EHS services or consultancy.
  • Competence in balancing commercial targets with client needs.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • 4-5 years experience working within a large multi-site facilities organisation/role.
