We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Lending Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our mortgage lending team, you will provide exceptional support to intermediaries, addressing technical queries, answering criteria questions, and ensuring case updates are timely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate technical support to intermediaries.
  • Respond to basic inquiries regarding criteria questions and offer guidance.
  • Update intermediaries on case statuses.
  • Maintain an understanding of the mortgage lending process and products.
  • Collaborate with the IT Operations team to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure all communications are clear, professional, and effective.
Requirements
