## Job Title: Workshop Controller

## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to oversee and manage the daily workloads for 14 Technicians at a prestige car dealership in Chester. The successful candidate will support the 4 Service Advisors to maximize the efficiency and performance of the workshop.

## Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and manage the daily workloads for 14 Technicians
* Support the 4 Service Advisors to manage expectations and maximize efficiency
* Ensure all servicing work is carried out accurately, competently, and on time
* Accurately record Technician time and write technical reports and recommendations
* Work with the Service Advisors to ensure service standards with customers are met

## Working Hours

* Monday to Friday: 8am - 6pm
* 1 in 2/3 Saturday mornings: 8am - 12noon

## About the Role

As Workshop Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop. You will be responsible for managing the daily workloads, supporting the Service Advisors, and ensuring that all servicing work is carried out to the highest standards.

## What We Offer
