Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Westmoore Recruitment. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts, payroll, and finances.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the company's accounts, including sales ledger, purchase ledger, and nominal ledger.
- Prepare annual reports of accounts and submit quarterly VAT Returns to HMRC.
- Manage the company's payroll and pensions via an outsourced payroll bureau and pension advisors respectively.
- Continuously improve all aspects of the company's finances, funding, and financial administration.
- Present financial information to non-finance members of staff.
- Previous experience in a finance environment.
- AAT level 3 or above.
- Experience using Xero would be advantageous.
The salary for this position is up to £28,000 per annum, depending on full-time or part-time hours. This competitive package reflects the importance of this role in supporting our business growth.
Please note that this position can be either full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (30 hours over 5 days), depending on preference.
