Salary: £44.50 per hour
About the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Care Review Specialist to chair reviews for CLA young people, monitor progression of care plans, and participate in team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chair reviews for CLA young people, including associated administrative tasks.
- Monitor progression of care plans for allocated young people.
- Participate in team meetings, the duty system, and the first review system.
- Attend supervision monthly.
- Travel as required to see young people and attend reviews county-wide and beyond.
- Highlight any drift in care planning and raise escalations as appropriate.
- Ensure young people have the opportunity for an independent IRO visit at least annually.
- Undertake any audit work requested.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in statutory social work functions, including safeguarding and support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
