We are seeking a Head of Sales and Marketing to join our team at Major Recruitment Telford. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of increasing sales turnover and developing customer relationships.
About the RoleThe Head of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for managing and developing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies. They will also be required to manage marketing campaigns, analyze results, and report on sales performance.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. They will also have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £35,000 and £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a competitive commission scheme.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase sales turnover and develop customer relationships.
- Manage and develop existing customer relationships, including identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling services.
- Implement and manage marketing campaigns to promote products/services and engage with target audiences.
- Analyze and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Proven track record of increasing sales turnover and developing customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Able to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.
- Hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
