About The Role:

We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Replenishment and Production team. As a key member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our production lines are well-stocked and operational.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and allocate tasks to replenishment operatives
  • Conduct regular stock checks and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with Line Leaders and Shift Managers to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Experience working in a warehouse environment is essential, as is the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Salary: £37,500 - £42,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
