Investor Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investor Administrator to join our team at Faith Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process administrative activities, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Deal with new business and servicing clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Perform key administration duties, such as monitoring stock and cash balances
  • Escalate any issues to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Answer customer and adviser queries, resolving outstanding issues to a satisfactory completion
  • Maintain accurate client and adviser records, ensuring up-to-date information
  • Prepare and dispatch welcome letters, as well as other correspondence in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Understanding of funds or models
  • Confidence with core client journeys
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to adapt processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of organization
