Senior Oncology Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to lead our A&E team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department, including leading a large multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Leading a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to achieve high-quality patient care
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure effective communication with stakeholders
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement new procedures and policies
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of post-registration experience in oncology or haematology
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
The successful candidate will work within a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role involves shift work, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, and access to training and development opportunities.
