At Lookers Audi Newcastle, we're seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and driving sales to achieve exceptional results. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll work closely with our dedicated account managers to ensure seamless transactions.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times.
- Follow our sales process efficiently, compliantly, and consistently, in line with company policy.
- Arrange customer test drives and negotiate final prices for sales.
- Complete point of order paperwork for each sale.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure a perfect customer journey.
- Reconnect with customers post-sale through renewals and follow-up calls to build lasting relationships.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated to generate business, and be passionate about the automotive industry. Previous experience in a similar role and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential. A full UK driving license is required, as you may be expected to drive high-end vehicles.
