About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Quality Compliance Executive to join our Quality team at Aspire Pharma Limited. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing UK Pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving patients' lives worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review new and existing Technical Agreements in accordance with internal standards.
  • Request and track PQRs from Finished Product Manufacturers (FPMs), ensuring timely receipt and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Prepare Annual Product Listings (APL) PQRs and perform monthly quality checks.
  • Support product launch activities, ensuring vendor performance is monitored and optimised.
  • Communicate effectively within Aspire Pharma and externally with vendors and customers.
  • Update and manage controlled documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.

Requirements:

  • A Science graduate with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Effective at managing time and prioritising tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £28,500 - £31,000 per annum
