Senior Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Ideal Carehomes. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our care team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.77
  • 42 hours per week, with 3 on/3 off consistent shift patterns

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care (essential)
  • At least 6 months experience of being a Senior/Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting (essential)
