Senior Care Assistant Night Shift Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Ideal Carehomes. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety protocols

  • A 42-hour working week, with 3 on/3 off consistent shift patterns

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care (essential)
