Job Overview:
As a Firmware Release Management Specialist at Arm, you will play a crucial role in enabling the evolution of Computing Infrastructure using Neoverse CSS. You'll work with a distributed team across Arm's worldwide engineering centers to provide software solutions that interface higher-level software stacks with hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Release engineering and branch management for production firmware releases.
  • Providing tested releases of production quality downstream firmware to partners.
  • Development of release plans with various stakeholders.
  • Documentation of release notes and effective communication.
  • Management of the release process, including branch management and software version control.
  • Management of CI pipelines for downstream firmware release processes.
  • Line management, coaching, and mentoring of software engineers.

Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in release management and automation of product quality system software is essential. In addition, experience in software building and build management is required. A background in engineering management, leading a diverse team across multiple locations, is also necessary.

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.
