Job Title: Senior Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at SCR social care. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to young people with emotional and behavioural disabilities.

About the Role:

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers to provide a safe and supportive environment for our service users. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person
  • Work closely with our team to ensure the well-being and safety of our service users
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
  • Contribute to the development of our care and support services
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
  • Experience working with young people with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
