At South Coast Nursing Homes, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Fernbank Residential Home in Worthing, on a full-time basis.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our care team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Allocating carers to ensure the best possible care for our residents
  • Dispensing medication in accordance with our policies and procedures
  • Providing support and guidance to new members of staff
  • Delivering high-quality personal care, social interaction, and stimulation to our residents
  • Promoting independence and enabling our residents to live fulfilling lives

We are looking for someone who is kind, caring, and passionate about delivering exceptional care. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. If you have an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or are willing to complete the qualification, we would love to hear from you.

As a Senior Care Assistant with South Coast Nursing Homes, you can expect:
