We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing high-quality patient care on our busy inpatient ward.
Key Responsibilities- Implement individualized and responsive care planning, risk assessment, and discharge facilitation
- Lead and manage a team of nurses, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in mentorship and training programs
- At least 2 years of post-basic experience, with 1 year at Senior Staff Nurse level
- RMN qualification and ENB 998/Mentorship certification
- Leadership and management training, with experience in supervising junior staff
