Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to mitigate risks
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage project budgets and report on financial performance
  • Lead site inductions, training, and coaching to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Valid SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness, and First Aid certifications
