About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic kitchen environment that values innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and promoting a culture of safeguarding and welfare within the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing new menu ideas, working closely with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients, and maintaining accurate records of food inventory and sales data.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety throughout the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
