About the Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop deep fundamental and technical market analysis to support our commodity pricing decisions.
  • Research and build detailed commodity supply and demand models to inform our hedging and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to the design of these strategies and ensure their timely execution.
  • Take ownership of accurate position reporting and adhere to our governance policies and framework.
  • Support key supplier negotiations through insights and analysis.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly analytical individual with a professional background in a commercial environment or an analytical or financial discipline. A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Maths, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent is required. Operational skills needed for this role include:

  • Inquisitive and enthusiastic approach.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Presentation skills and stakeholder management.
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced culture of change.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annumBenefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including an annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary. Our benefits also include 25 days' holiday plus a personal day (plus bank holidays) and 26 weeks' maternity and adoption leave (after 1 year's service) at full pay, followed by 13 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay or Statutory Adoption Pay. We also offer free access to a range of experts to support your mental wellbeing.
