Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Food and Beverage Team as required.
  • Ensure all departments are adequately resourced within budgets.
  • Train and induct new team members, and support existing team members through training and coaching.
  • Monitor team performance and review results with the Management Team.
  • Support the Management Team to promote new business and suggest initiatives to achieve objectives.
  • Maintain a customer-obsessed attitude, providing exceptional service and value for money.
  • Be conversant with current promotions and products to ensure the best customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Have a working knowledge of food and beverages within a similar environment.
  • Leisure/Food and Beverage industry knowledge, including legislation and best practice.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Knowledge of Company training.
