About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers across the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Use route-planning technology tools to ensure each parcel gets to the right place, at the right time
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in the afternoon and early evenings
