The Role

We're seeking an exceptional Senior CRM Manager to join our team and drive our lifecycle marketing efforts forward. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies that deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement CRM programs that activate, retain, and grow our premium user base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch high-performing campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging
  • Analyze user data and research to continually improve user experience and key metrics
  • Evaluate and report on CRM performance, identifying areas for improvement and new opportunities
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver product marketing campaigns and lifecycle programs that drive engagement and retention
