Financial Planning Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at Blakemore Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working in a financial planning services administration role, with strong IT skills and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to financial planners, including data analysis and maintenance of client records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations, and provide administrative support for meetings and events.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in a financial planning services administration role.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
