A leading construction consultancy in Newcastle is seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to contribute to their team's success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building surveying, with experience in condition surveys, defect analysis, and party wall matters. They will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, including social landlords and public sector organizations.
The successful Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects, utilizing their skills and expertise to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct condition surveys and defect analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Provide expert advice on party wall matters and other construction-related issues
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project delivery
