Special Education Needs Teacher Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our dynamic team at Protocol National Limited.

Salary and BenefitsThis SEN Teacher position offers a salary of £31,500 - £48,851 per annum, plus a SEN Allowance, in addition to excellent training and support/mentoring opportunities. Our school is committed to the development of our staff, providing ongoing training and professional growth opportunities.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a strong track record of outstanding teaching, the ability to create a clear vision for the class, and the skills to develop pupils to their full potential. They must also have QTS and a passion for working therapeutically with students who have SEND.
- Assess pupil knowledge and understanding to scaffold next steps accurately
- Have high expectations of students and experience of raising achievement
- Understand the complexities of SEN pupils and be able to adapt teaching methods accordingly
We are looking for a qualified teacher with the following skills and qualifications:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Experience of teaching students with severe learning difficulties
- Ability to work therapeutically with students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
