We are currently recruiting for a Weekend Day Concierge to join the team at a residential building in a prestigious London location.

Hours: Saturdays & Sundays from 7am - 7pm

Salary: £16,411pa (£13.15ph)

The overall purpose of the role is to assist with the overall running of a large block of flats, ensuring the highest standards of service and security.

Main Responsibilities:

Security and Crisis Management

1. Maintain security at the building, taking responsibility in crisis situations (e.g., fire, flood, intruders), and take appropriate action.

Key Management and Supervision

2. Supervise keys held in reception, ensuring they are correctly logged in and out.

Contractor Supervision and Mail Management

3. Monitor the presence of contractors and supervise their activities to minimize disturbance to residents, maintaining daily records and reporting to the Managing Agents/Board of Directors as required.

Cleanliness and Maintenance

4. Supervise cleaners to ensure the building's high standards are maintained.

Customer Service and Support

5. Provide courteous service to all residents, offering assistance and support, particularly to the elderly.

Previous experience in a residential or hotel environment is preferred.
