The estimated salary for this role is £9.25 per hour, based on a 16-20 age range, and up to £11.50 per hour for those aged 21 and above. Please note that this is an estimate and actual pay may vary depending on location and individual circumstances.



Job Description


This Warehouse Coordinator/Inventory Management Specialist role will play a crucial part in ensuring our store operates smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organising incoming merchandise, maintaining accurate stock levels, and storing products safely.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Receiving and inspecting incoming merchandise
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting regular inventory audits
  • Organising and storing products safely and efficiently
  • Supporting the sales team by fulfilling stock requests and replenishing displays
  • Monitoring and preventing loss, theft, and damage


Requirements and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a warehouse or stockroom setting is advantageous but not essential. You must also be physically able to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.

Additional Information


Please note that this role requires early morning starts (as early as 7am) and late evening shifts. Additionally, hours of work can vary from week to week, and there may be weeks when no hours are offered.
