Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, customer service, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train employees to ensure they meet company expectations and maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Manage inventory levels, implement cost-saving measures, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and feedback to ensure loyalty and retention.

Requirements

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
