Capital Expenditure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Capital Expenditure Specialist to support the delivery of our strategic objectives. As part of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial management of our capital programme.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing financial input into capital business cases, collaborating with General/Service Managers.
• Completing the fixed asset note to the annual accounts, including capital expenditure figures and commitments for charitable fund accounts.
• Accurately reporting lease assets and liabilities in accordance with IFRS16.
• Assisting with high-quality working papers for internal and external audit as required.
