Senior PPC Campaign Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior PPC Manager to drive growth and customer engagement through strategic, data-driven search and shopping campaigns. This role offers a blend of office-based and flexible home working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute non-branded search and shopping campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Leverage data to improve customer journeys and increase conversion rates.
- Present key insights and performance data to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to ensure alignment with key KPIs and business objectives.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce search marketing.
- Previous experience with data analysis and commercial decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage projects.
- Flexible working arrangement with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
