About the Opportunity

Better Collective A/S is a leading player in the iGaming industry, and we're looking for a talented Financial Planning and Development Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company, driving growth through strategic business insights and recommendations.

In this role, you will lead financial planning and analysis for both revenue and cost, including budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly reporting. You will also spearhead performance monitoring and reporting, offering KPI insights on business trends and assisting business owners in data-driven forecasting and M&A business case analysis.

You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment of strategic objectives. Your expertise in data analytics platforms such as Tableau or Looker will be invaluable in delivering high-quality insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Finance Business Partner or analyst in an outward-facing role with an analytical background.
  • Naturally curious problem solver.
  • Industry experience in iGaming and/or Paid Media Marketing with comfort performing CAC, LTV, and unit economics calculations.
  • Advanced skills in data analytics platforms such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Experience running a budgeting process within a matrix organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex financial, data, and operational KPIs.
  • Mature analytical skills to derive business insights and turn them into actionable plans.

Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum depending on experience.
