Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance across all stages of the recruitment process.
- Develop and optimize inclusive job advert templates for internal and external roles, collaborating with hiring managers to capture role-specific requirements.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
- Work with HR and our marketing coordinator to enhance the careers section of our website and promote BPA as an employer of choice.
- Support initiatives that drive equity, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring all recruitment practices encourage a wide range of applicants.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a recruitment coordination or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, with hands-on experience managing an ATS.
