Swimming Instructor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Swimming Teacher to join our team at Serco Leisure Operating Ltd. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons to people of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals and groups
• Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment

Requirements

• STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (Previously ASA) Level 2 qualification
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• DBS check
