Swimming Instructor

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Swimming Teacher to join our team at Serco. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of individual students
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for students and their families
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Hold a STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (Previously ASA) Level 2
• Have excellent customer service skills and be able to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Have a passion for swimming and a commitment to delivering high-quality lessons
