Education Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and passionate individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants in various primary, secondary, and specialist settings across Hemel Hempstead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality education to students with additional needs.
- Assisting with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery.
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicating effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
Requirements:
A passion for working with children, especially those with additional needs. While previous experience is desirable, it is not essential. A strong communication and teamwork skillset is required.
What We Offer:
