Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR professional to join our HR business partner community at NetApp. As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will partner with our Chief Commercial Officer to define and execute HR strategies in support of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and coach SVP, Sales Operations and their leadership team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business operations, objectives, and challenges within the Sales Ops team.
  • Lead strategic HRBP work including organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and building a talent pipeline.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify insights that guide strategies and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Advocate for employees by ensuring fair and consistent HR practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 years of HR experience, including demonstrated examples of driving results through HR business partnership.
  • Experience leading change management initiatives and establishing a high-achievement culture.
  • Strong executional mindset, business acumen, and ability to move with the speed of the business.
  • Experience supporting a global organization and familiarity with working in a highly matrixed organization.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 12+ years of applicable, relevant HR and Business Partner experience required.
