Job Summary:

The Raytheon UK Advanced Products team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead a high-performing Integrated Project Team. As a key member of the Power team, you will be responsible for executing and supporting a range of technically challenging high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and grow effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Provide leadership and direction to multi-disciplined teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the wider company to identify and secure new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a technical, manufacturing or project management related discipline.
  • Proven experience in programme management, with a successful track record in setting up and executing complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
  • Experience in project financial management and reporting.
