Job Summary:
The Raytheon UK Advanced Products team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead a high-performing Integrated Project Team. As a key member of the Power team, you will be responsible for executing and supporting a range of technically challenging high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and grow effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Provide leadership and direction to multi-disciplined teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the wider company to identify and secure new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in a technical, manufacturing or project management related discipline.
- Proven experience in programme management, with a successful track record in setting up and executing complex projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
- Experience in project financial management and reporting.
