Job Purpose

Connecting our customers to community activities; providing care and support that promotes going above and beyond. You will be integral to enabling customers to access local community groups, activities, and events.

  • Provide personal care that protects people's dignity.
  • Promote independence using enabling approaches.
  • Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals.
  • Connect people to their communities accessing local support and services.
  • Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control.
  • Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time.
Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant with Be Caring, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care that protects people's dignity.
  • Promoting independence using enabling approaches.
  • Supporting people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals.
  • Connecting people to their communities accessing local support and services.
  • Delivering personalised care through individual choice and control.
  • Being a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time.

  • Paid induction training: 1 week classroom-based (Monday - Friday), 2 days shadowing and additional online modules.
