Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing firm with a reputation for providing exceptional service to a diverse clientele, including owner-managed businesses, UK businesses with international aspects, high net worth individuals, and trusts.
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mixed Tax Consultant to join our dynamic team in Brighton. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years post-qualification experience and a solid understanding of both corporate and private client tax elements.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert tax advice and support across a diverse client portfolio, including owner-managed businesses, UK businesses with overseas elements, high net worth individuals, and trusts.
- Manage both corporate and private client tax work, ensuring compliance with all relevant UK tax legislation.
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporate entities.
- Participate in tax planning and advisory projects, identifying opportunities for tax savings and efficiencies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on all tax-related matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the tax team and other departments to deliver a seamless service to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tax developments and legislation to ensure clients receive accurate and relevant advice.
- CTA qualified with a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience working in a mixed tax capacity, with a strong understanding of both corporate and private client tax.
- Excellent technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear and practical tax advice.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own workload and work to deadlines.
