Tax Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Consultant to join our team at UHY Hacker Young Group. As a key member of our tax team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to our clients, ensuring they meet their tax obligations and take advantage of available tax reliefs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tax consultancy services to clients across a range of tax areas, including corporate tax, income tax, and value-added tax (VAT).
- Conduct tax due diligence and provide tax advice on corporate reconstructions, employee share incentive plans, and other complex tax matters.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality tax services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that clients are aware of their tax obligations and opportunities.
Requirements:
- CTA qualified tax professional with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven track record of providing high-quality tax advice and consultancy services to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex tax issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
