About the Role:

We're seeking a results-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our residential Lettings team at Connells. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, and negotiating tenancies to maximize branch income and profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate and book valuations to drive branch growth
  2. Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancies to maximize income and profitability
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

What We're Looking For:

Estate agency experience, ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment, exceptional customer care and service experience, resilient and positive attitude, organized and numerate, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a full UK driving license.
