We're seeking a results-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our residential Lettings team at Connells, one of the largest and most successful estate agency and property services providers in the UK.

Your Role:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate tenancies, and maximise the overall income and profitability of your branch.

What We're Looking For:

  • Estate Agency experience such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Exceptional customer care/service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hold a Full UK driving license
