The Role
We're looking for a skilled and proactive stock processor to join our trading team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for processing and caring for pre-loved items, ensuring they're ready for their new home.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage new and donated stock, including stock rotation, replenishment, pricing, steaming, and tagging.
- Assist the store team in achieving sales and fundraising targets.
- Support the training of colleagues and volunteers in stock processing.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, security, and health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, making our customers and supporters feel welcome and valued.
- Perform manual handling and physical tasks as part of the role.
