Job Summary
A skilled Multi Tradesperson is required to join our team at Skilled Careers, specializing in plastering and maintenance work for social housing properties in the Tunbridge Wells area.

About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Plasterer Multi to conduct routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties. This will involve responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. The successful candidate will also conduct inspections and identify areas requiring maintenance or repair, collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is up to £40,000 per annum, which is equivalent to approximately £4,000 per month. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a van and fuel card, allowing you to travel efficiently between job sites. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain a lifelong qualification through our paid NVQ course.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess a proven track record of experience in domestic reactive maintenance. An NVQ/City and Guilds certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable, although not essential. If you do not hold a relevant qualification, our client will provide you with the opportunity to gain one through their paid training program.
